Beth, don't worry about it, I know I'm not one to talk cause I didn't sit outside for 4 hours in the cold but maybe there's a reason, who knows? I'm bnot trying to stick up for the band or anything but like Raine was sick, and steve and jer were just getting over it, so maybe they didn't wanna get sick by going outside.

Its not like they havent met up with their fans for hours afterwards before. This was one time (2 if you count Aerin's but that was in a huge venue so its a lil different).

so ya I know you''re mad, I'd definately be as well, but I dont think we should jumo to conclusions about them being jerks and stiffing their fans.

They really have become pretty anal as their tour has went along. After the Columbus show July 9, the band stayed outside and talked to the fans for an hour, and it was lightly raining at points. They stayed out there, took pictures, talked to everyone that wanted to talk to them, and even let some one on the tour bus.

After the Rochester show in August, the band had everyone form a straight line and got to take a picture with the band, get one thing signed, and then left you. Only Raine and Jeremy came outside. Duncan became a recluse and went straight to the bus without acknowledging the fans and Steve didn't even come outside to talk to anyone. Steve would not come out until the people were gone, which is a great way to make people think you're better than Emtee.

Now the band completely shafted Aerin in Vancouver and Bethany in Rochester (February style). They come off as better than their fans. It sucks.

shouldnt people give them a little mroe credit? yes, it DOES suck wiating out in the rain/cold for them...but at the same time, they're HUMAN. everybody has a bad day...eveybody gets tired....its not the end of the world. the fact that there are only two stories of people having wiated for them and then them being...the way they were...should really say something.

I've never met any band at all. I don't think I'd ever want to either. I like to think of them as my idols without meeting them, because they are just normal people. They get pissy, they get in bad moods, they're not gonna want to talk to 15-20 people every nite. I don't know, I just like to be naive of their true personalities because I don't want to be disappointed like so many of us have lately. I'm not justifying their actions at all. I'm just saying that you can't expect too much of them.

It's too bad that their being so unapproachable lately, because from what I've heard, they used to be so friendly.

i don't know. the whole band came out when i saw them in september.

waiting in the cold = not the bands fault + should have been expected
setlist = should have been expected
not meeting the band = i'm waiting to hear a full story before i pass judgement

ok. yes. I understand. The thing is, we could see them talking and interacting with all the people inside. It's not like they went straight to the tourbus and slept.

yeah, but think about how hard they've been working. i can tell you this much:when i egt hoem form a concert, i literally pass out on my bed. and i'm nto even the one performing! but its very exhausting. imagibne doing that for like,8 months....waiting outside and talking to fans is a lot different than going to your tour bus--their equivalent of "home". i know you guys must have been disappointed, but there are tiems when you are tired an dyou just dont feel like doing certain things. I owuld be upset too, but it sounds like you are more upset about all the surrounding circumstances an dtaking it out on them...but again, i dotn know the full story. i'm commenting on what i have read so far.

yes. I know. I completely understand. BUT, if they weren't going to go and talk to the fans, they should've sent somebody out to let us know, instead of letting us stand outside in the freezing cold.
