See, I've always just had that kind of pain that goes away with ibuprofen - or gentle exercise if I can just walk around a lot (ie not at work). But the past couple of times it hurt more and for much longer - enough to stop me sleeping one night last time until I lay on a hot water bottle!

yay for us lucky ones! i have needed a little bit of advil this time too, though, as i've had a headache ever since my period started. not sure if it's related...
on another note, i have just discovered the wonderfulness of tampax pearl.

oh lol. it's easy to apply and very comfortable. you can hardly even feel it.

That sounds good. I shall have to see if they sell them here in case I need them for swimming in Canada.

mine never used to be a bother, but now it makes me really sick with migranes and stomach pain, and seems to amplify my depression. i dont know why it started doing that, but it sucks
