He doesn't live on a farm. Actually its a 4-H camp, he doesnt pay rent but he has to take care of the camp, so its like lawnmowing for infinityforever and cleaning bathrooms and just basically that kinda stuff... when i lived there it rocked when there werent ten million people walking around my house (sucked in the summer) but it rocked in the fall and winter cuz noone was there :) and there were bald eagles that nested in the area, and theres a swinging bridge over the river and its really VERY pretty. Northeast iowa was missed by glaciers so its all like limestone bluffs and stuff like that. The rest of iowa is flat :freak:

But some of those pictures were just taken randomly alongside gravel roads and stuff sorta around where my dad lives, which is about an hour away from me, and he lives by the town i went to high school in and alla that stuff.

I live in minnesnowta now with my mom and stepdad.

lucky me

I finally got my amp back, so I decided to celebrate.

I used the "night scene" setting on my camera to get that delayed effect (it takes the shot with a very slow shutter speed to allow in as much light as possible, I assume)

Do you have a really cool accent like my mom? My friends are always laughing at her Wisconsin accent. I personally can't hear it.

You go to school and live with your folks?

I live with my mom and stepdad in SE minnesota, go to school in Rochester *an hour away, ish* and my dad lives in Decorah, iowa. Find it on a map  its a "star city" i think

Ive been told i have a slight midwestern accent, but only when i get really excited or i've been talking for a really long time and it kinda slips out sometimes....

like.. once i said Chicago for some reason to my friend in washington over the telephone.

normal: shuh cah go
me by mistake: sheh cyah go
(but only ever so slightly) heh

but i CAN do that accent wickedly well. If you ever want to chat on the phone i can let you hear it

I think Reza heard it, yeah he did, he laughed pretty hard.

I think it's safe to say that everyone here will think everyone else here talks funny.

We've had accent contests at meetups. It's fun!

 Sooz and I have the strongest ones. Although I don't think I have an accent. I just speak a different language.
