i just found one more reason to make puffed kashi my favorite ceral.
on the back of the box it lists every ingredient and the HISTORY of every ingredient. I am now an expert on Hard Red Winter Wheat, Long Grain Brown Rice, Oats, Barley, Triticale, Rye, Buckwheat, and Sesame Seeds.

is this supposed to make one hungry??? nothing like hard red winter wheat to cure that hunger.
i think you should take a picture of you eating it and mail it into them so those scary people wont be on it anymore

'Twas accidental dude. I was cooking some KD's and some of it burnt to the pot. I tried to scrap the bottom of the pan and I splashed some boiling water onto my stomach.

I watched "Urban Legend" last night. It was unimpressive, but I enjoyed Jared Leto. I guess that counts for something? Probably not.
