Ignore my irrelivance to the current conversation, but did I ever tell you guys that MGB was in an Alias episode once? Not really the band but they played 'Weapon' during an episode once.
Thought I should let you know...

Other misc. fact.

Matthew Good is on the "Queer as Folk" Soundtrack, I was surprised to find this while doing a Matt Good search at CD Plus.

Is this the actual video for the song "While We Were Hunting Rabbits"? I've never seen it before..

yeah.

it was made by some college students and included on the In A Coma DVD. It wasn't actually released as a single, just used for the DVD.

I don't know if I was fond of that video. It's definitely well done, but the imagery in that song is enough to make it a fantastic song for me. I don't need a video to help that out.

I thinka large part of it was giving these college students a big helping hand. I thought they did a great job

Did any good bootlegs come out of the acoustic tour? I nearly got some but my friend's recording device quit after Mellissa's act.

I've been to lazy to check the hub

there's one floating around from edmonton or red deer (i can't remember which, too lazy to find out at the moment) that's floating around. i don't have it, i was listening to it while driving around coquitlam with a friend, but it sounded brilliant.

There's also a recording of the Friday Vancouver show floating around. I know someone who has it, but don't have it myself yet.

Damn, I wish the Winnipeg show I was trying to record worked. Melissa's came out great, but it quit right at the end of her set.

Sean, I'd recommend:
2006-03-23 - Meyer Horowitz Theatre - Edmonton, AB, Canada
and
2006-04-08 - The Starlight Lounge - Waterloo, ON, Canada

Those are the two best recordings out of this years batch, in my opinion. The acoutstics in the Edmonton show are great, and the Waterloo show sounds like Matt was singing right into the taper's mic. Waterloo also has Matt's cover of Hurt if you are looking for that as well. Hope that helps!
