i feel so loved.

You know that reminds me, one of the neat things while drivng the 401 in Ontario is the big landscaping displays and signs for each city along the way.

Oooh, it might be, come to think of it. I mean there's usually like a city sign but not those landscaped thingies that we have.

The parking lot / backdoor area to a hotel, with my friend in the picture.

I like those a lot. I wasn't sure if it was something only Ontario had, or if it was a nationwide thing.

i'd hate to beat a dead horse, but, relating to that old corset piercing discussion, i found this
Snopes.com article.
The corset piercing is most popular for performance art and fetish events, and is almost always removed immediately afterward. They usually can’t heal properly because they are a surface piercing in an area prone to rejection and they use a type of jewelry that isn’t really suitable for permanent use in the area. More recently, the term corset piercing has been used to encompass any kind of paired, laddered piercings that can then be laced together.

Welland doesn't have a landscaping thing but I think that would be because were not on a major highway. We have out own special highway thats lead from the QEW right into town, built specially for us. (This is my attempt to make Welland sound special, when in fact it isn't... unless you consider canals special, in which case ok we're special)

Small? Here in Jersey, we're lucky if our towns have a small metal sign smaller than a "no parking" sign welcoming you to towns.
Collingswood has nice wooden ones, though, cos we're cool like that.
But anyway, the ones Matt's talking about are gorgeous.

On our way down, we were further west, so we took the Florida Toll Road dealie.

A couple of pictures from my trip to Vancouver. I'll have more once my PC sorts itself out and lets me resize them without getting upset.
View from my attempt to walk round Stanley Park:
The gorgeous sunset from my hotel balcony (and there are lots more like this!):
