nah, i've got a deficiency. and i only take one calcium a day anyway. an active girl needs strong bones!

Just be careful. The stupid junior doctors misread my blood tests and gave me enough calcium tablets as if I wasn't making any calcium at all, when actually I was just a little bit deficient. 3 days later I was horribly ill
But then the consultant worked out what was going on and I stopped taking the totally and I was fine
I'm never taking calcium tablets again unless I'm so deficient that I'm tingling!

oh. I never knew he said that. I don't think it's as cool as that. Apparently your lips and fingers go all tingly and then it can spread to the rest of your body!
