i just figured out my amended tax return thingy (yeah, i'm an idiot and screwed up on my taxes the 1st time..long story) and i get money from the government back, but not all of it.
grr government. I want all of my tax money back!!!!!!!!!

finally, after close to three months, where the heat index has often climbed to 105 and 112 at it's peak, it rained last night, 4 tenths. that's the most signifigant rain since winter. (also known down here as that time of the year when it's not that hot but not really cold)

we went to a movie last night, and we had a great time, I even bought her ticket. I really realy really have been meaning to tell her how I feel for months now, but I didn't. So when I get home after the movie, I call her:

Josh: Hey, I forgot to tell you something tonight...
Her: Hm?
Josh: Yeah... I really like you and if you'd like, I want to see more of you... and sweet dreams tonight.
*moment of silence*
Josh: I am sooo lame.
Her: Aww.
Josh: Yeah, well, I just needed to tell you that.
Her: Mmkay, bye.
