i don't know. it is a recurring kinda thing. i think it might have something to do with the drastic change in weather. damn, i'm getting old. now i have to wear a knee sleeve and it is uncomfortable and itchy.

nope. a couple of years ago, it just started hurting. i went to pysiotherapy for 6 months and the pain went away. but every now and then, the pain comes back.

Hmmm, maybe something happened and you didn't realize it. You coulda bumped your knee and caused some damage to your tendons and whatnot.
My knee's are pretty bad. My left ones the worst. In a few years I'm guessing that I have to go for surgury
