Holy cow I just bombed my MHR test, but he lets us argue them after. So I got my score up to .84 and people were still arguing with him when I left. And he curves huge. So I think I will get an A, at the very least an A-. Yay!
I'm going to bake this afternoon, and watch tv, and nap, and listen to Christmas music. Double yay!

Kanye West has talent. I really dislike rap and even I can see that. Do I like his music? No, but I would not say he "sucks" either. It's quite obvious to me that he's one of the most talented artists in pop music today.

That was the funniest moment all year. I love Mike Meyer's reaction.
I think it will be fun to see Kanye, I like his stuff.
Now I ain't sayin' she's a gold digger...

i just spoke to my computers proff and he told me that he hasn't marked my final yet but if i get a 65% on it...i'll get an A in the class..if i get 75% or higher..i'm guaranteed an A+...

..only one person has gotten an A+ of the ones he’s marked..and I’m the only person left in the class with a chance of getting an A+…

I want to go to Canadian school! An A- is .95 or higher here. At the least, a .93 or higher.

I think she meant that a 75% on the final will give her an overall average of A+ in the course.
Here's the way marks are broken down at Queen's:
A+
..... 90 and up
A
....... 85-89
A-
...... 80-84
B+
..... 75-79
B
....... 70-74
B-
...... 65-69
C+
..... 60-64
C
....... 55-59
C-
...... 50-54
F
........ Below 50
The average mark varies from course to course. In English, it falls between 65 and 70. In Psychology, the average is around 58%. In Philosophy, my class average was below 50% (but the marks will likely be raised to be even with the other sections of the course).

Your class average in philosophy was under 50%?
Holy crap! That means at least half the kids are failing..wow. That being said, in my philosophy class, the average mark for the midterm was around 50, so it's completely possible that our average is that low too, I don't know.
