Nikki, I got your pictures back. Those bastards didn't develop a lot of them, including the one of all of us sitting around. They said that it wouldn't come off the negative right. I don't know what that's about cause I left the negatives in their plastic thingies, so it should have worked, but they insist that they've developed them to the best of their ability. Those bastards. Anyways, I'll only make you pay like 20 bucks, cause they screwed up and I'm kinda disappointed that they didn't call come out. The one picture that you're in didn't come out. I can't believe that. Anyways, I'll give you what I got, and maybe when I go home over break, I'll go to walmart and use one of those picture machines, that way I can scan the picture I have and copy from there, if you don't mind that. Lemmie know when you want to meet up. I go home the 20th, so it's got to be before then, and not this Friday. Those are my only restrictions. Sorry

nikki4982 wrote:Whee! The Villanovan (hah, that name cracks me up for some reason) put up a review of the concert, as well as an article about Jer hanging out before the show. They're here:

Our Lady Peace defies "Gravity" at 'Nova
Portrait of "Our Lady" makes for a gentleman

They cut us all out of the picture of Jer hanging out. It's just a pic of him. Stupid Villanovan people. Hahah, oh well. I'm hoping the whole pic will show up on CAT's page if they ever get around to updating it. Not that we're not all in the pic from Jacqui's camera. But. Umm. I'm retarded. Ignore me. :freak: ANYway, yeah. The dude who wrote about Jer hanging out with us remembered some stuff I forgot. Which was cool to read about. :D OK, I'm gonna go now. Cos I'm in the kind of mood where I could probably type for days about nonsense. And I don't wanna subject you guys to that. ;) Hahah. *goes now*

read some of the our lady gentlemen aritcle. Since when was their producer named AllenLevine. That isn't even close to Arnold Lanni. And when did Duncan become the guitarist. Oh well, it is typical of journalist. Not finding out the facts before writing areview.

umm... the person who wrote the article said they have loved olp since they were in fifth grade... and i'm guessing they're not in sixth grade right now... so there's no excuse :)

Hahaha, I didn't even notice those mistakes. Weird part is, the kid really *was* a fan. I was there the whole time he was, and he knew OLP pretty well. Maybe the editors changed stuff that they thought was wrong but actually was right??? Dunno. But, regardless, this cracked me up:
Portrait of 'Our Lady' makes for a gentleman wrote:What kind of band member sits where fans can hassle him? Actually, he hassles the fans.

That's just too perfect a statement. And, maybe I'm an idiot, but I didn't get this paragraph:
Portrait of 'Our Lady' makes for a gentleman wrote:Stating this very jokingly and commenting on it as “one of the greatest come-backs” he’s ever had, the Steven Seagal look alike realized his overly excited state and left Taggert alone.

:freak: I dun get it.

And, Jacqui... that's really weird. Where'd you get them developed? The pic of Jer chilling with us wasn't on the end of the roll or anything, so I don't understand why they wouldn't be able to develop it... strange. Stupid photo people. But, anyway, about it and any of the other pics that didn't come out (and, if you could, the ones that you didn't have the negatives for, too???)... instead of using one of those machines (which I think are pretty expensive... right?), would it be possible for you to scan your copies at a really really high resolution (I'm talking BIG), saving them as bitmaps, then burning them to a cd for me? Then I could get them developed online (along with all my pics I took with my digital camera). :D Anyway, as for meeting up, whenever's good for you will probably be good for me... the only problem is that right now I'm really sick, but hopefully I'll get better soon. Can't wait to meet up again, it'll be fun. :D

that's going to take time because i can't do it here because the scanner is at home, and i don't have a burner at home. maybe i can send them to you somehow..or put them online for you to save.. i don't know, but i'll be happy to do that too. As soon as you get better let me know and I'll meet up with you somewhere to give you the ones that I got. The pic of jer with all of us was actually the first pic on the roll, cause it's as soon as I got there, so I guess that explains it. I don't know. I got them done at rite aid. I used to work for the rite aid corp. and i know we suck. you can go make them suffer if you'd like.

i read that article and was like..umm..who's allen?

Whenever you can get it done's cool with me, Jacqui. :) Thanks so much for even doing it. :D And, it's just good that the pic of all of us with Jer turned out at all, then! That would've sucked really really bad if it hadn't ever gotten printed. Anyway, when I'm not sick anymore, I'll let you know, so we can meet up. :) And, hahah, I love your new user icon! Hahaha. That picture is priceless.

Hehe, yeah, it's hard to see faces... Raine was better with the camera than I *thought* he was, but still not too great. Haha. Considering he was singing at the same time, though, really good job.
