My Mom has always kind of liked them for a few years, but I took her to a show last August and she has become a huge fan. As soon as I told her about this tour she said "If no one else is going with you I will be your date!"

I guess that's one thing about OLP - they have fans from many different generations.

I kind of forced my mom to be a fan haha... she had to drive 9hrs for me to see them in 2003. She has been a fan ever since, except she has a strong opinion about Raine's singing that I ignore.

I don't really know who will go with me to the shows, my brother I know would see the Clumsy one since he keeps asking about if they play Carnival, in the past. For Spiritual Machines, I actually want my sister to come with me since I converted her into a fan. But most likely be my mom if nobody can or shows any interest.

If I don't get VIP, I may possibly think of getting 3 tickets each to both shows so if both my siblings want to go, they can instead of my mom. Hmm.. that's something to think about now.

I don't know any other big fans in Regina (beside who I see on here, who I don't know in person). I know lots of people who just drove up to Saskatoon for Matthew Good's show there, but I don't know anyone excited about seeing OLP. However, I have convinced 2 of my friends to come with me to the Clumsy show in Regina, and another to see the Clumsy show in Saskatoon!

That just leaves me by my lonesome self in Regina for the Spiritual Machines show!

If it was on a Thurs, Fri or Sat I would of lookedin to it. I have yet to go to Saskatchewan.. One of my friends is giong to that show. I am looking into Winnipeg. I am also doing Victoria,. Closing night of the tour. We will see. I know they are hitting the USA also. Only know one place but not the date so far.

Okay, I've been running a bit behind on this whole thread.

First of all, my mom said she's driving me to the show anyways, and can come inside, but I do wish I could have the tickets beforehand. I'll see what I can do.

Second of all, wait, VIP aren't even guaranteed front row? I mean, no offense OLP, but I don't think there are going to be that many people paying for VIP tickets that you can only guarantee "first ten rows." If I'm paying so much for tickets, and I'm not even guaranteed front row, who the hell is getting front row besides the VIP ticket holders?

Third of all, now you guys have me scared! I just assumed this meet and greet was a sure thing, and not a 'chance.' And when I think of meet and greet, I sure the hell hope it's not a, "Oh, hello, did you like the show?" "Yes, I did thank you, give me a hug and take a picture and sign this please." "Goodbye." I was more in the mindset of a friendly environment for twenty-thirty minutes, all of the VIPs milling around and visiting...

I'm going to be so pissed if I'm a few rows back, and only get a few words in with OLP!

Thankfully, I don't think there will be many hardcores at the OLP show, and it won't be that rushed.

And hey, I might meet some CMers!

If I meet the band, it's going to be like most other fans do. By chilling behind the venue after the show to get in a few words with Jer and Steve (since Raine and Duncan are anti-social and head to the bus).

I'm that kind of person, too. I might pull that after the Billy Talent show, if my ride agrees to be crazy.

I'm going solo at this OLP concert, by the way. Mind you, my sister will be there, but she's not going to get VIP. I'll just be cool and befriend the people around me. As always.

You should do Winnipeg, I'm trying hard to recruit some more CMers...

You WILL meet the band, however, I don't know for how long.

Trustworthy should shed some light on that, I would love for it to be 20 hardcore fans just milling around and visiting.

Oh good gravy, I would, too, but I'd probably only wait around a tour bus for Billy Talent, because that's the type of band that'd make you feel like heroes for waiting, not like creepers.

Alright, DG.

PS: Saskatchewan shows, everyone join. :)

The text on ourladypeace.net for VIP tickets has changed again to guarantee seats are in the first 5 rows (except for GA shows where they will get front-of-line access).

Hell yeah, I was happy with first 10 rows, so 5 is even better.

Yeah, I saw that had changed. I'm feeling rather confident that I'll be up front... maybe it's because I'm hopeful, but who else would be going ahead of the VIPs?
