We had to take one science class and had the choice between chemistry or biology .. other than the dissecting I honestly enjoyed biology .. I figured chemistry would be harder with all the formulas and all that crap you had to learn.

Today was a half day! Woo!

We started the dissection today. It was cool/weird. We just did the external examination today. Mine was a 90 day old male with 14 nipples. We also did the first incision. The guy in front of me cut too deep and hit the intestines. A lot of reddish brown liquid came out. It smelled really bad.

Then, when I got home for lunch, my dad had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a ham sandwich. *shudders* I mean, I'm not turning veggi or anything, but I had just stopped cutting about fifteen minutes before.

Unless you suck at calc, then physics is just a bitch.

For my money, I just skip the science classes. It's not worth it.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I liked my non-calc-based physics class in college - it was much better than the one in h.s. (and much easier than biology or chemistry, IMO).

physics is the easiest science... you just gotta put numbers into formulas. I dunno how it works for you guys but we're given a formula page for every test and exam, we just have to know which questions use which formulas

For my physics exam, we will get a cheat sheet. We get one typed page front and back with whatever we want on it!

I took a lot of science classes... the most pointless was Earth Science... I still don't get why we had to take it.
I hated Biology... loved Chemistry... even took AP Chemistry the next year (and made a 5 on that exam!)... This year I took Physics (which is cool) and AP Biology (which again... I hated)
