Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

ing: What happens when old electronics products containing hazardous chemicals are dumped in China and India? Unsafe, dirty recycling. As with any recyclable materials, it is only helping the environment by preventing them from ending up in any landfill. Why should this be hindered by leaving hazardous chemicals in the products, rendering otherwise perfectly recyclable materials unrecyclable and an environmental threat? For example, chemical leaks could easily find their way to a source of running water, quickly spreading the toxins far and wide to more rural and undisturbed natural areas. This would obviously have great negative impact on the surrounding wildlife, the food web, and the health and stability of the ecosystem.

What to do: Make informed decisions about your electronics products. Here are the best-ranking companies on the effectiveness of their policies on eliminating and/or reducing the amount of hazardous waste in their electronics products:

Sony, Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG, and Motorola.

The “bad guys”:

Acer, Apple, Dell, Fujitsu-Siemens, IBM, HP/Compaq, Lenovo, Panasonic, Siemens, Toshiba.

Each of these companies has a respective contact site, at which comments can be left regarding their policies on hazardous wastes in their products. It helps to encourage the “good guys” to continue their current policies and to encourage the “bad guys” to improve.

"I figured the peas had nutrition but I looked them up on Google and peas ain't got zick-dack for my dang endoplasmic reticulum to pass around. My endoplasmic reticulum is like "why did you eat peas." Like it is kind of bored and does not look up from its newspaper."

Gwen Stefani told NME.com that she wants to go back into the studio with the rest of No Doubt to record an album, but at this point she doesn't know when they will reunite. Don't expect this reunion to happen any time soon as Gwen is currently on tour in the U.S. and has her first Canadian date in Winnipeg on November 16 to promote her first solo album Love.Angel.Music.Baby.
