I thought this was hilarious, but it would have been even funnier if someone hadn't scratched out the "not" (they probably did it when there was actually water in the fountain):

Also, this bike, and my lame attempt at photoshopping it to a Sin City style (it would have helped if I had set up the shot with this in mind, to create the proper lighting).

It's the arched fountain in front of City Hall at the waterfront.
