.......Kurt Dahle
he also used to be the bass in Limblifter, and they were the brother team in Age of Electric that kinda made a lot of what Age of Electric what it is (Sorry Todd Kearns no offence intended)
i think he's bass in TNP but maybe not, actually i think he might sing a few songs too.
Limblifter got called canada's # 1 in breaders by Chart once cause they have connection to everyone. oh yeah that reminds me I think the contributed to The Organ aswell. And Patrick is sometimes the drummer for them aswell.

Although overall I obviously like Matt better, as far as just straight techincally speaking Ryan has a better voice, esspecially if you've heard all of l/O

I've decided that, despite popular opinion, I actually like Last of the Ghetto Astronauts.
It's, obviously, not as good as any of his other albums (and even falls short of
some of Matt's demos), but it's a solid enough album, and I enjoy it.
Except for (and this is a big exception) Every Name Is My Name. Spoken word, Matt?

At least he redeemed himself in that cateogry with 21st Century Living, but that's more of a catchy rant set to music.

Matt answered a whole lot of fan questions in his most recent podcast. Check it out.
Sonny: If animals could play musical instruments, would you still hire humans to play on your tours?
Sub question: If you chose to hire animals, which ones would you hire, for what instrument?
Matt Good: You looking for a job there, Sonny? ba dum dum

hahaha, yeah.
But, he did say that you got him thinking about it again. So maybe it will show up in his setlist when he does the acoustic tour!

"Taking A Well Deserved Break

That’s right, I’m going to be MIA for a while. I have an acoustic tour coming up (did I just leak that?) and a bunch of other things that require my attention (Jen and I just bought our first place, Thought Mechanics is taking on new writers - Tony Pierce - and being reformatted somewhat). I’ll shoot straight with you and also admit that the divisivness and thinly veiled bigotry that I have seen displayed in some of the comments, and in a very disheartening way on numerous other blogs, has left me somewhat numb. If you’re at all curious at to what I’m finding interesting on a daily basis, please feel free to check my del.icio.us page. See you soon."
This must mean that the tour is coming up VERY soon, but there's no dates posted on his site yet.
I really hope he comes back to Kingston!!!!!!!!!

It would be cool if he came to Brandon. Too bad that would never happen. Not because we're too small but just because there's no audience for that kind of thing and bands know it.
