I've decided to again try to lose some weight. Exercising worked last year, until I got sick of going to the gym and doing that whole thing.

So now my plan is to do a quick run on the treadmill each morning when I get up, and to eat a little better (but admittedly not much better) throughout the day. I figure I'll get used to exercising in the morning once it becomes routine. My cousin (who worked as a trainer at Goodlife for years) says that's the best time to exercise. Hopefully I'll see some results.

And I'm posting this here because if other people know, I'm more likely to commit, and not give up when I feel like sleeping in tomorrow (which I'm sure is exactly how I'll feel).

You know a good way to excerise? Make a sandwhich, run to my house and give it to me.

it is too warm to sleep.

stupid furnace in my res building is broken. it has two settings: on and off.

which means that it's on....very very hot. and it's not cold outside. my windows are wide open to try and get a breeze.
