i live smack dab in the middle of it...where the main strip of little shops and stuff is. there's still some iffy parts around, but i'm in the newish really good part.
i feel safe, at least.

my neighbourhood is.. interesting. the school bus of hippies is finally gone, but now there's this guy wandering around every night and physically accosting people into giving him spare change... i'm afraid of him.

some lady does tai chi everyday around 1 behind the grocery store by me.
i also saw some guy wandering back and forth tonight, in bright white boots, carrying a 7 foot long pole.

i was going to cry for you if you did say you lived by taylor field.
my grandparents live right by it..my grandpa was born in that house, and refuses to move...even though the neighbourhood is horrid now. their house sticks out. it's a super cute little brick one, perfectly taken care of. i wish they'd move. it's so insanely unsafe for them there.
