you can bring him/her to a vet or the humane society to see if he/she is microchipped. also, they would know of lost cats in the area.

So, I got back my accounting test. I studied pretty much zero for it, and got a B. One grade better than I got on the first two...which I studied my butt off for. UNIVERSITY DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!
this guy at work believes that if someone calls you with a private name and private number, and don't say anything when you pick up the phone, it's the dead calling. so we called his cell phone and used *67 or whatever the number is and he freaked out.
