Allergies that are so bad that you can't breath and that make you so congested that it feels like your head is going to explode.
oh, and one someone says they will help you get something done (and you can't do it without their help) and then they put it off and put it off until you can no longer get it done until it is too late.

awww *hugs* I definitely know how you feel! Mine are finally starting to subside, after 6 days, and my sinus infection is clearing up.
