Hey i duno if u remember but i posted on here not too long ago wondering about the brand CORT..well i've done a bit of research..and just for future research or personal interest ..i thought i'd tell you that i've found out that its a brand to probably stay away from. Apparantely its very 'begginer' and has sort of a bad rep. I dont know this for sure its just something i found out from a guitar teacher so i thought i'd let ya know...so do u have any brands u would suggest for around $250-300?? ..thanks again

i own a Ibanez around that much, it seems trusty enough for a beginer like me, might want to ask one of the pros though

Why do guitars have to be so expensive?

YES! I just got my birthday present (it's actually not until Aug 7th, but oh well!).

I got this:

It's a digital recorder. Oh man. Soon I'll be putting covers and demos up in the art forum.

This costs over $500, and I have to pay for part of it, because that's apparently over my parent's spending limit. I don't know how much yet.

I'll probably read the booklet and figure out how to record stuff next weekend. I'll practice this week and finish the solo to a song I'm writing.

This thing is freakin' confusing. :Johnathan:

So far I've figured out how to play the demo songs (both of them), and adjust the volume of the four tracks on each. Woo. :freak:

It's got all the recording and mixing on it. The only thing I use the computer for is to dump files for storage/use.
