with the live songs it basically goes like this: anyone can play anything live that they want, as soon as it is put on a cd for sale, royalties come into play.

but do the royalties go to the guy who wrote it or the guy who played it live?
Is there something good, something more?
Is there anything worth dying for?

a lot of the songs raine wrote himself, so does he make more than the rest of the guys? This is so complicated

the performer must pay a set amount of earnings (something like 25 cents per song per cd sold) to the person or people who wrote the song, and then the performer gets the rest

I'm sure the guys have this all figured out and we shouldn't worry about this. What the guys get paid is none of our business.

J-Neli said it best..............I'm sure that this issue is in fact, a non-issue with the members of OLP. We can speculate all we want. It will probably just create more questions than answers and really, who gives a flying $$$$ what the guys make. WE know they are all well off including Mike. Afterall, he's a big boy now.

umm... :wtf:
I wouldn't call Chantal a hootchie woman... nor would I call Duncan or Jer's gfs hootchies... Steve well who knows about him  I'd assume the guys are keeping him on track.

thanks guys...........I don't think any member of OLP dates those kinds of women............I'm sure Raine gets accosted by them, and maybe he's given a few the old blanket wrestle, but he's clean and sober now thanks to Chantal, and that's all that matters.

I want a hootchie......but only for a night.
