Exactly, it's more about race than music. If a white person was listening to that, the cabbie may have at the most been annoyed, but he certainly wouldn't have jumped to the conclusion that he was a terrorist.

I've gotta say. The police around here are amazing at stopping this stuff from happening. Whether or not the kids were actually gonna do it, it's better safe than sorry.
A few years ago, some kids were planning on walking through downtown Oaklyn (town next to me... my local Wawa, drug store, etc. are all there), shooting random people. They were stopped, too.
Now, if Camden could get safe (HAHAHAH), the whole county would be excellent.

I agree with Nikki that's it's better safe than sorry with this kind of thing. But charging them under a law that has a minimum 30 year jail sentence is way out of proportion to what they've done.
