1. learn to use a paper chromatography apparatus
2. study the meaning and importance of Rf values
3. test food coloring and calculate their Rf values
4. compare the results of Rf values with standard Rf values

Tina,

After much consideration, I've finally decided that I can't (well, more like "shouldn't") go during those two weeks in particular. I've got quite a few grad activities that i can't really miss, and most of them are in that two week time span.

I don't know if it's a bit early to be asking this, but could i possibly go out to NVOS in January, possibly the second (9-13) or third (16-20) week? i'm hoping that playing with kids in the snow would be fun. :-D

by I AM ME
Opened my eyes to see the morning light,
Closed them again pressed so tight,
Weighed down in medicated bliss,
I wonder about about the things I miss,
There's one thing that gets me through,
I only wish that you knew,
My refuge, my escape,
Tremble and quake
My skin, my fake,
Tremble and quake

I adore those bands, but they represent a very high quality niche that really doesn't have many peers.

How could you accurately describe them even? Intellectually-innovative-guitar-driven-post-grunge-but-pre-emo-heavy-alternative-rock-but-definitely-not-punk-with-sung-not-screamed-vocals-and-high-class-poetry-for-lyrics?
