This afternoon I had two needles stuck in the front of my neck. And now my neck hurts and I have a fetching plaster over the needle holes and I'm too scared to take it off in case it's ugly underneath

No My thyroid gland is enlarged and the doctor had to stick a needle in so he can send stuff from it away for testing to tell why. And for some reason he had to do it twice If I'm really lucky I'll have to have the same thing done again next week. 
Still, I took the plaster off and there are just two tiny needle marks so that's all good

It's better than being in Australia. For them:

and go to a good mexican restraunt and you will see green, red, blue and the ocasional regular colored tortilla chips. Taco bell does not serve colored tortilla chips, because taco bell sucks.
