Had bad luck at the temp agency we went to, too.

And I don't have a good feeling about Tower Records or Kohl's. :*)**

That sucks. I don't think I'm meant to work either. Youth employment is down by something like 9000 jobs. The target age for kids to be hired is 14-16, and then middle aged people. I need money for school. :(

i had a good night at work! finally no one was stuck waiting for torts impatiently and clacking their damn tongs (it's not my fault if the torts get stuck people!) and it was a really busy night, too. and i got my own drink and no one yelled at me (they have a tendency to do that). i didn't burn myself, didn't hurt myself in any way, actually! and people talked to me :)

So a good friend of mine has had a boyfriend who I'm also friends with. They've been going out for 6 months or so. Unfortunately she values him more than everyone else and has been losing a lot of her friends. The worst part, is that they're not leaving her, she just ends up hating them for some stupid reason. I was one of her few friends left. And the other day, she bitched me out and said that we're not friends anymore. I don't worry that much of losing her as a friend, but I worry about her losing me as a friend. If this continues, she's going to have no one once her boyfriend and her break up, and since he's going to college next year, and she'll be left in high school for another year, i'm guessing that the relationship won't last (mostly because they spend every day together). I'm very worried for her. A lot of us are considering raising this concern with her parents, but she is one who would feel very very betrayed if we did that. But then again, if she doesn't consider us friends anymore, is that a problem?

What is she bitching you out for? If you can still talk to her ask her why she is leaving all her friends. If she won't talk to you but you can still talk to her boyfriend and you trust him, ask him to talk to her about it.
