I get in on Thursday morning.I am going to Oahawa to see Crash Karma( Mike Turner's band) that night. .Unless I get a ride back in after the show won't get back in till early Fri morning..
P,S if anyone with a car wants to go let me know.. Mike said he would put me plus them on guestlist..It is only about 30 min.-40 minute car ride.. Think about it.
Matt, I have good video but sound is the issue.. WHich is why I wanted to get another camera.

my cam's video is also acceptable, but i'm going to be in the back on the balcony for both shows so not the best vantage point for shooting videos.

Danielle and I will be there Thursday around 7ish and leaving Sunday afternoon. I baught a GPS just for this trip so I should have no issues going wherever we do meet up at but keep in mind, i know nothing about Toronto and was actually hoping some of you on here would be able to fill me in on what the good places there are to eat at and what all there is to do(other than the CN tower/Hockey HOF). For example, what is Eaton Center????
Oh and we all should exchange phone #'s...Message me if you dont have/want mine.....Loco/Bree I lost both of yours
It takes my computer about 6 hours to upload an HD video, I need more RAM for my pc to make that 6 hour process about an hour long one. I'll have an extra gig by the time these shows are over so the ones i do get ill upload in HD, since theres obviously such a big difference between the Non-HD and 780p.
Im in the first 5 rows both shows, SM night im actually dead center. Ill definetly be recording, but are there any songs some of you want to see over others? Im not going to hold my camera up for both shows in their entirety, cant enjoy the show as much if ill be playing videographer all night
Sample Vid from my camera (HD CLIP)

(Non HD) -

Again - Recommendations for things to do/places to eat would be GREATLY appreciated!

My plan would be to meet up the morning after the concerts and transfer peoples memory cards to my laptop. Thus saving us all time and bandwidth.
My favorite place for breakfast is just outside Eaton Centre, and down the block from Massey, Eggspectations. Mr. Green Jeans in Eaton Centre is also very good. I've at at the Hard Rock and I'm pretty certain we had good service and minimal wait time for a table.

when's everyone getting into town? i'll be there wednesday, and matt and heather are going to get in early on friday. so we were considering doing lunch and/or supper on friday before the concert, probably somewhere in the eaton centre. we also have all day saturday to hang out, and possibly sunday for those who are staying till then.
I'm coming in Thursday morning but will be staying with a friend, he'll bring me back to Toronto Friday around noon I imagine. I'll have my laptop & blackberry so feel free to email me at
jeffwich@gmail.com with any details. Will be great to meet you all.
I'll be staying at the Metropolitan Friday & Saturday night (although my flight back to Georgia leaves at 6:00am so I will probably have to head to the airport shortly after the show.
My Clumsy VIP arrived tonight (left floor, aisle 2, row D, seat 15). Incredibly excited about the show!

OMG The Eaton Centre is a huge shopping centre on Yonge Street between Queens St W and Dundas
There is alot to do. What do you like? Too bad it will still be cold or else I tell you to take a ferry to one of the islands..
Things to see. I would do the CN TOWER. There is a nice(although expensive ) restuarant on top. ALso a bar. The resturant rotates. If you go to first stop ther is a glass floor that people walk across. Go further up is the sky tower .. It is beautiful the view..There is also the gaslight district, China Town, Plenty of museums. The Much Music Studios. THough nothing good goes onthere anymore.
I have a feeling OLP( I am betting on Steve and Jer ) will show up at The EDGE on Fri or Sat.> It is up the block from Massy. Across the street actually..Explore Queens Street W and Yonge Streets.,ALot of things on there

Yepp!! How cheap is really cheap? My total was 210 for Thurs - Sun. We have to deal with the expensive parking though ($27 day)

Nice, You can complain at all with those!! How did you get Row B, you must have purchased them the day the Massey VIPs went on sale - I waited 4 days after they were announced - then bought mine.
