But what if you accidentally drop them on the floor? Or want to keep them in a pill caddy all together?
Well, if I do drop it on the floor it'll be right after I've got it out of a packet - so I know what it is. As for putting them them together, I only ever do that with pills that come from a bottle cos I don't want to carry the bottle around all day - and you can generally tell what's what from the size and shape of the pill, and they generally have some kind of wierd markings on them - my painkillers actually have their brand name on them. But I always buy those in blister packs cos the bottles are just impractical.

Ahhh. I still like colors better.

Shapes would be too confusing to me.

I think that shapes and colors are a pretty good safeguard. When I was uh...barely walking?...I took an entire bottle of my aunt's pregnancy vitamins. Had to have my stomach pumped and everything. If there hadn't been shapes and colors it would have been an ordeal to figure out which ones I took since there were many. I could be dead!

"(CP) - Canadian zoos could have their pick from a menagerie of more than 750 birds and animals after the Quebec City zoo closed Friday, throwing polar bears, parrots and peacocks into an uncertain future.
But some beasts like a pair of grizzly bears are probably too old to be moved, even if a new home can be found for the lumbering orphans. Devastated zookeepers say they have no intention of destroying any animals, but they have yet to hear the shut-down plan from the zoo's owner, the Quebec government. "
...
"The Jardin zoologique du Quebec suffered for years from management gaffes and chronic deficits. But the zoo also died from the fickle whims of Quebec's political culture, most famously in 2001 when then-premier Bernard Landry rejected millions in federal funding to avoid flying the Canadian flag over the 75-year-old institution."
