Well, obviously they're different, but if they had nothing to do with each other, everyone would be having sex with everyone and possibly not even with the person they were in love with.

Seriously though. Sex is always sex, it doesn't bring love, or anything like that. But if you're IN love, sex is so much more than if you're not. It can make you closer, in a way, but you should never rely on it to cement a relationship. Sex can be emotional but it far more easily, can be emotionless, which is where you run into problems when deciphering between love and sex.

So today's boy drama which really is nothing but I chose to make it more than nothing :lol:

My Mom freaks out in the morning cause her hard contact is stuck on her eye and she has to have the suction thingy to get it off. So I go racing to town to get one. I come home and pass the boy I like :love:

I wondered what he was doing in my neighborhood, and then my little sister comes in with a ward calendar that was taped to my mailbox. HE LEFT IT THERE! AH, my Mom totally ruined my lifetime happiness with said boy. :lol:

I sort of decided today that I want to do a fine arts degree at mun but I have two problems. One is that the deadline for applications for the fall semister was in April. The other is that even though I know this is something I want to persue, the only place to do the fine arts program is at the other campus in Corner Brook. I don't want to move!

I think my plan is for now to do some of the courses required for the program in the fall semister at MUN here, and then apply for the winter semister. I have no idea whether that is a smart thing to do or not...but its the only thing I can think of at the moment.

So getting back to the whole sex talk thing. A catholic highschool in Alberta is being sued for slander. A 16 year old girl got mono and had to be hospitalized for about a month. Her parents called the school and asked them to tell the teachers. The girls english teacher said to the class "Let us pray for our classmate, because she is ill. She has contracted a dirty disease, one that is only contracted from having loose morals, and being trampy. Let us pray so that God will save her sinning soul" As if that wasn't enough, the girls math teacher asked the class to give him names of all the people she had slept with. The girl is a virgin and the teachers just spread rumours and now she has a reputation at the school of being a slut, because of the ways kids talk. Now the school is having their ass sued off for that. Just thought I'd share.

As a teacher, you'd think people would figure out not to do those things. I mean honestly, you just can't open your mouth about your opinions no matter what. Even in a Catholic school.
