Nope. My first was an Axtech (hence the name). It was your standard black fender-style electric with a white pick-guard.

Axtech was just one of the many fender-style rip-offs that come cheap. I don't even think the company is around any more.

Well, it was my first guitar, so it was just a cheapy that my parents got me.
Then I wanted to upgrade, and could afford a mid-priced guitar, so I got the Ibanez.
Eventually I'm going to get me a Gibson...

I think it was $400-$500, but I forget exactly what it was because I only had to pay half.

Probably Standard or Studio, depending on availability when I get one. Standard costs a hell of a lot more, but I'm a sucker for Heritage Cherry Sunburst.

Actually, I saw an Epiphone exactly like this once. It looked amazing.

Yeah. ShmEpiphone do a good job of coping Les Pauls.
.......but dude go for the Gibson.
