I have one tip. DO NOT CALL TROUSERS PANTS.

Pants = Underpants
Trousers = Trousers

Well, if you call your underwear knickers, then what is wrong with calling your trousers pants?

Because pants is another word for underwear in British parlance.

Got all my directions for UCMMU driving printed, a few things packed, and a little bit of laundry done. I'm trying to decide whether I want to drive on up to Michigan after I get off work and rest a couple of hours, or do I want to sleep until 9PM and then drive to Michigan overnight, get Bethany, eat and rest for a bit, then drive on to Toronto. The merits of option 1 are that I get to hang out with Bethany for the evening and possibly catch a concert, and I'll be splitting up a very very very long drive. The merits of option 2 are that I can get more rest after working and be less drowsy when I'm driving, and I'll probably avoid traffic due to I75 construction. What do you'ns think I should do?

i'm paranoid when i'm the passenger in a long trip, i always have to look at the driver every 5 seconds to make sure he/she isn't falling asleep

Oh, I forgot to tell you about the road rage. I get very irratible when driving in big cities that I'm unfamiliar with, especially if there is lots of traffic. I don't mean to get snappy and angry, and mean. So if I get short with you while driving, please please don't take it personally.

Nope, sorry. They're called thongs and bras here too.

She just came walking down the road that my flats are on and turned into the bit where the flats are. Then she put down her shopping and pulled down her underwear (she had a skirt on) and started squatting - well we all know what that means. I need to point out that this is right next to the road and the car park - not even any attempt to hide behind any of the many bushes nearby. But then she couldn't cope with the squatting and fell over backwards. So she just sat there doing what she had to do (number 1 by the look of it, though I don't want to look too closely). Then when she was finished she stood up, pulled her knickers back up, picked up the shopping and came into the flats. It would have taken her 30 seconds to get to her flat before going to the toilet!

8O Oh... dear.

And, Matt, I'm with her... get rest before you try to drive. We don't want you getting in an accident cos you fell asleep. :neutral:

I thought you said like three days ago things were good? Isn't it weird how quickly feelings can change?
