well. technically. it's an institute of applied science and technology, and he was in a 3 year program, and now has a certificate in computer engineering technology or something fancy like that.
it's just easiest to call it college, because non-canadian people seem not to understand when i say SIAST.

edit: damn pagebaby made this irrelevant, and i'm too lazy to quote cass. so, essentially, she said "your bf is done college? *jealous*"

I get it! Around here we call those "ATC's", Applied Technology Centers. That's where all the rich people around here went to be electricians and plumbers and landscapers.

Tomorrow is my first day of work.

I want to go see that. It looks funny. But I like to read the books before I go see movies about books.

Me too!

If you've read the novels, show your enthusiasm by bringing a towel with you to the show. I'm going to!

Cass, definately read the novel(s) first. They're not all that long, and definately well worth the read. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I can guarantee that the books are much much much better.

I managed to hold out on all those things, Harry Potter, LOTR, Work and the Glory. But I have to reread all the Harry Potter's before the new one...and I just don't think I'll have time to squeeze Hitch Hiker in there. I think I'll have to settle for the movie.

Wow. strange and late double posting.

Speaking of Harry Potter, I'm a little scared to go to the book release now. Apparently since we're the first place in North America to get it, Chapters is having a contest to fly the biggest fan here or something like that. Which means it will be madness!
