Hmm... the guy at Canada Post told me today that mail only moves Monday to Friday in Canada, and that if a postal outlet is open on a weekend it's only to take packages, sell you postage, for people to pick up packages, etc.

It pisses me off enough on Sundays when mail isn't moving. I don't think I could deal with two days.

Maybe our mail is faster than yours... ours moves in 5 days as far as yours would in 6. Ever think of that?!?

They only pick up the post from postboxes in the morning on Saturdays. But we still get deliveries and I'm sure it's moving somewhere. Though I won something on ebay a while back and it was posted on Sunday in Wales and arrived on Monday - maybe things are different in Wales!
