It's not a bizarre coincidence that fast twitch muscle fibers are quicker than slow twitch.

In fact, that is why they got their name.

I've been up since 04:00

I couldnt sleep so I decided watch Saving Private Ryan.

I don't think that my parents. especially my mom, appriciated all the loud explosions that were coming from my surround sound.

because she like, got up and told me to turn the fucking volume down and stuff.

So anyways, that dude just got stabbed in the heart by that one german dude. Tis kinda brutal to watch.

Yeah...I know. That's why I asked. I think it has something to do with their energy source and where they store it.

I have to play in church tonight and I never practiced with the guys last night and I was in class when one of them called me on my cell phone today.... I also carpooled with my mom so I can't get there early to practice beforehand, so.....
