I'm tired of editing that post cause I suck so much at typing... I meant to say the average guy at 5'11 is 160-180. More athletic or bulky guys should come in at around 190-200

It's my body type. It's harder for me to gain muscle and fat.

but 110 is really low even for someone who has a quick metabolism. I guess the best thing you can do is stick to your plan and try to ensure that the weight you do gain is done gradually and in a healthy way.

I know, people don't seem to understand that it isn't easy or fun to try and gain weight. Just like it isn't easy or fun to lose it.

Nobody said it was easy or fun. But you're the one who wants to join the RCMP so you need to work hard to gain it if you want to make it.

Holy Hannah. 3000 calories!? *wonders what it would be like*

My brother is 6'1" and I would wager he weighs about 140. He's such a skinny twerp, but he's starting to fill out a wee big more.

Yep. They tell me I'm supposed to consume about 2300. If I ate that much I'd weigh twice what I do now. *shrug*

He'll be 17 tomorrow.

This is me wearing a size 14. I wear from 13-16. Lately, 15/16 cuz im a lazy SOB and i have an office job *gag* I need to start running again, REAL bad. Not that im fat, i just dont FEEL healthy even anymore. but normally im a little thinner than this just to let you know. :)
