Normal sun in moderation with lots of sun cream yes. But you're an outdoorsy girl Cass, you should get that in your normal life. Sunbeds are even worse than normal sun for giving you cancer.

It's called suntan lotion. If you use it when laying out, and don't stay out a ridiculously long time, you won't burn.

I say that if you want a tan, go on vacation by yourself, keep covered up so you don't burn, then come home later and photoshop all of your pictures to look like you're tanned!
