It's tied again.
My conclusion, based on these results is that 75% of the time, "head" will refer to men and 25% it could refer to women.
And since there are youngins on this board, we need 'adult only' threads.

Giving head is another name for Fellatio
which is when a mouth and a penis is involved..
so to answer your question-giving head is when a woman/man gives oral to another man.

but it is also used in terms of oral sex on both parts now.
according to experts:
giving head is slang for oral sex when people use their mouths to make someone elses Penis or Vulva feel good.
do a google search of gving head to get all the answers..
I think that is why the person asked this.. and why now adays guys can give a female head. Buyt when I was growing up it was always associated with males only(fellatio)it is a sign of the times.

See, I say this term's been corrupted by youngins who don't know any better than to call both head. Trace its origins and you'll find it really only means on a man.
