Also, what the hell is up with Americans not knowing Nanaimo Bar-y goodness? This Maryland girl in the caf was like "what the crap is this thing" and we just stared at her in shocked silence.

I have no idea actually :lol:, but they're good. And i'm not a fan of chocolate. Theres like, a nanaimo bar festival here since I guess they were invented here or something. I really dont know :lol:

Definitely not a dieter's friend, Nanaimo bars really did originate in Nanaimo, British Columbia.

It's not custard, it's basically whipped butter and sugar :lol: With semi0hard chocolate on top and a nice coconutty cakey thing on bottom. Fuckin great :drool:
