All's I can say about BC bud is that the kid down the hall smokes it a lot and damn does it smell nice.

And per the Quebec thing... I met a kid 2 floors up from me a couple nights ago who had nothing in his fridge but pot. In a billion plastic baggies. In every quantity you could imagine, lol.
