Look at the squares that only contain RED in some form. This is all the squares that are coloured magenta red or white.
Then look at the squares containing GREEN. This is all squares coloured green cyan or white.
Then look at all squares containing BLUE this is Cyan magenta blue and white.
If you look at each separately, you should see letters

number 2 has to be saturday, because one letter (m) is wrong, and (r) is omitted, and its four days after tuesday, but it wont let me do that.

aaaaand you have the structure wrong a bit. When puzzle donkey's typing, he accidently leaves out one letter from what he wrote by hand. Then the bakery guy takes the now mis-spelled word and change one of the existing letters to make a new word.
