Getting back to the OMA... don't know who did it when it was good (before my time 
), but after that it used to be run by a company who also ran a bunch of other street teams (don't remember their name)... then it moved to the official site, and now it's run by Sony... and it literally hasn't done anything since it switched. It might've been semi-crappy on the street team's server, but at least it was better than this. Eesh.
