apparantly there is a venue the magic bag in ferndale...where is ferndale...does that mean no paying for parking!! and do you think it will sell out

yeah the magic bag that they are playing at is in Ferndale, and it's $12 if you buy the tickets at like, the record time a little ways away from the venue. and no, no paying for parking lol.

i don't think it will sell out because the shows at smalls awhile ago didnt sell out and the last jimmy gnecco show at the magic bag didn't sell out.

I got into a bar one time. It was because my friend and I had driven 45 minutes to see some guys we know, and the bar never told them it was 21+ that night.

I have some friends playing in Traverse City in a few weeks and I don't think the place will let me in though. They're opening up for Sponge, too. :neutral:

one time i was with my sister at her boyfriends house and we heard noise so we went up the street and it was sponge playing at a record store across the street.

Ha. That would definitely not work on a Michigan liicense. Megan, I'm assuming you even have the stupid new vertical license (I refuse to get one). Yeah, there's nothing you can do to your current license but you can ask around to people from your school, guaranteed someone will already have a fake id and connections.

Until a few months ago, New Jersey had the easiest IDs to forge in the nation. :mrgreen:

what do these easily manipulated ID's look like? everyone from everywhere, show me an example of your state's id's.

This is the kind that I still have (notice the UNDER 21 UNTIL ... above the pic) but the new ones are vertically aligned for people under 21 and everyone's now has a smaller picture on the right side as well. I have no idea what that's for.

It's for the guys at bars who check IDs and can't do math. I got into a bar when I was 17 because of that.
