i think it's also got to do with the fact that americans seem to want to be known has having the most powerful country in the world, so it's just alright for them to have weapons of mass destruction. but if anyone else does, they're considered a threat, and to keep their reputation as being the most powerful, they need to get rid of the threats. but who's to say it's up to them to decide who the threats are?
