Anyway... back to Yannic's original question... yeah, you can do it in Sound Forge. Just go to *thinks* crap, it's one of the menus (I'd check, but I don't have SF installed yet since my format), and there's a "Volume" choice. Go in there, then it's pretty easy to figure out from there.
