Exactly, so why does this one all the sudden get special attention? Because it's an act of terrorism.

that was not an act of terrorism, it was an act of rage, disgustedness, and retaliation

Terrorist acts can be small. I haven't watched it because it was too gory, but it seems like one to me.

what in your oppinion is terrorism though? what would you classify it as so you can decide what it and what isn't. Republcans throw the word around to much that all Americans use it but none quite understand it,it's just so mystical bad word

Sort of like evil? There are all sorts of things that could be terrorist actions. Sending tapes to the US of them klling civilians would be terrorist. That's a tricky question, I'm going to have to ponder exactly how I would define terrorism.

unfortuantly terrorism does not mean something evil. But i didn't ask you for a text book answer, just your own so i won't cut you apart.

So you would consider blowing up a building filled with innocents terrorism?

where there digital cameras back then? how big were cameras back then, and how was the film developed back then? how many people will actually see the content of pictures from the vietnam era? how many can see it now, conisdering that all you really have to do now is take a snap and put it on the internet in a matter of 5 minutes.

i was watching that o'riely guy the other day, and he was showing a video of some rich ass gang kids raising hell in vegas somewhere. and he went on to bitch about how society is so violent and the kids don't have respect, then he went on further to say back in the day, the kids back when he was young wern't doing that.

now you and i both know damn well they were doing that and much more. the only difference is that we have millions of ways to report the news and because guys like oriely have nothing better to do but to sit back and shake their finger in the young's faces.

No, I didn't mean terrorism is sort of like evil. I meant terrorism is a fishy word, sort of like the word evil. The reason I'm pondering it is because I know you weren't asking for a texbook answer. But, terrorism IS evil. Unfortunately.

I disagree, I think that the generations HAVE gotten worse, and the continue to get worse, as far as respect goes. He was probably a hell of alot more disrespectful than the generation before him.

can be?

what kinda of answer is that?

is driving something into a building filled with innocents terroroism?

It's an answer, because all things have different circumstances.

that is sooo not true, kids were running liquor accross from canada, now a days they're running drugs from mexico, he'll turn a blind eye to what his fellow age groups was doing but will be critical to our age group because it was reported and back in his time it wasn't. how many people his age started riots and raised hell because they saw a black man walking down the street? but now, since U of H wins a National Championship (hey, it's gonna happed godammit!) and i decide to climb up the goalpost at the school while others rush the field, guys his age look at us and consider what were doing barbaric, while they look at the past as a glorious time. they can be furious that they didn't see elvis shake his hips, but when we demand that our musicians should not be censored, we cant. it's crap cass, pure 100% crap.

But he's laid it out quite clearly... A building of innocents.

Really? That's the only circumstance? Highly unlikely.

Okay, then answer this: under what circumstances do you justify the destruction of a building full of innocent people?
