No, because the bacteria in your ass is produced by your body. It's disposed of in massive quantities and concentrations. It would do no good to eat it, unless you want to be able to eventually eat your own shit. With bacteria from the nose, it is in small doses, and is actually bacteria that is trying to enter your body.

But how will eating it strengthen the immune system? it isn't the same as injecting a virus in small doses to develop immunities.

Actually, I think that's the point of the article. By exposing the body to small doses of the various bacteria and other assorted potential invaders that are in the nose, the body builds an immunity (or, at least, a tolerance for) them.
