I used to be a Girl Scout! I miss the chalet creams (especially the lemon ones), anybody remember those? They were sandwich cookies with either vanilla or lemon creme.
Oh and they're probably so expensive because they got rid of the other fundraisers Girl Scouts used to have (calendars and then nuts for some reason) and the troops only get a small percentage of the profit.

I skipped a bunch of messages..............but had to reply.

Samoa, tag a long, ect are the NEW names. Back in the days when I was a girl scout they were called Caramel Delights, ect. They had to chic it up or something..........bastards, taking away my memories.

By the way, I ate an entire box of those lemon ones today. Plus, a few samoas and a few tag a longs..........

Hehe.........they are just so good.
Its my new diet.....only girl scout cookies.

Actually, the names go along with the bakery that makes them. Did you move? Cos the one bakery calls them one thing, the other calls them something else (there's 2 Girl Scout bakeries).

If you go to http://www.littlebrownie.com/index.html they have the information about the cookies currently offered and a history section saying when the other ones were offered.
