The trick is to not try and own the streets. Build up your money from PBaying your thugs, then use like 50 turns to recruit more. Then you PBay them again. You get a shitload of money that way.
Then you can start making drugs. Usually 35 turns per drug turn gets you over 8000 of crack and smack, not to mention makes your prostitues work for lots of money.
It's all an intricate system.
When the next month begins, I'm moving out to NYC with the rest of you people so we can have protection and take the city over as a group, and hopefully one of us can win the month end prize.
