I liked Hamlet. I thought I wouldn't but its turned out to be pretty sweet.

I did Romeo and Juliet in grade 9
a Midsummer Nights Dream in grade 10
Julius Ceasar in grade 11
and Macbeth in grade 12.
Thats far too much shakespeare for me.

doesn't your school think they should cover any modern english masters? what about Orwell, Tolkien, Steinback?

well yeah.
We've done those too. You do about 5 novels, a shakespearien play and another greek play. We did the Oedipus the King triliogy.
And for some reason they did Dracula insted of the Fellowship this year. It may have something to do with the movie, but dracula is crap. You can still write about the fellowship during the public exams though since it isnt your school that corrects them. good times.

the original "Frankenstein" was a really good book. They make you feel so sorry for the monster.
PS he's not really called frankenstein he doesn't have a name
