vitamin c
don't ask me why i know that
i don't think we had colors or anything like that but our yearbook theme was dave matthews-related so it was chock full of dave matthews quotes.
our original theme was dazed and confused but that was deemed inappropriate or something so it got scrapped.
i was at that prom!!!!!!!!!!!!! i danced for a total of 5 minutes
after prom was a tid bit more amusing

I liked my senior prom song - it was James Taylor "You've Got a Friend". Our high school chose class colors too, but the seniors always took blue and gold because those were the school colors.
^ You're right, Rob - afterprom is much better.

(I'm graduating this year BTW)
We have all these crazy plans for our grad. Someone is having everyone over for a big greasy breakfest that morning (to signify the end of the pre-prom anorexia

) and since there are partys that go on all night, the girls plan on renting a hotel room the next night as a wind-down party. Yeah, we're logical.

we have always been blue and white.
and the school is too cheap to spring for anything in another colour.

blue and orange are my favourite colours. they look so good together because thay are exact oposites on the colour wheel, like red and green.

We were the Trojans. Imagine being a cheerleader at an away school, and you're the damn Trojans.
Our colors were maroon and white.
Maroon and white, mhs let's fight!
I can sing my school song too.
In the valley where skies are so blue, where our hearts are all loyal and true...
I know you want me to go on.

Which part don't you remember? I could name just about everything from high school that people are talking about. So, to refresh your memory, Melis, here's the break down.
School colors:
Blue and gold
Prom colors:
Silver and black (actually, I think we picked silver, purple, and black on the prom committee... but I didn't see any purple at the actual prom... heh)
Prom song:
"I Will Remember You" by Sarah McLachlan
Yearbook theme:
Umm, what I felt like putting into the book... I guess millenium would be the most appropriate description
School mascot(s):
Panther for sports... Knight for yearbook and everything else.

For those of you wondering why we had two mascots... it's cos back in the day, we were the Knights for everything, then one of our neighboring schools stole our mascot (cos we're wimps apparently) and we took their old one, the Panther... but our school has a huge mosaic of a knight in the hallway, and the park across the street is Knight park, and the yearbook was the Knight... among other things, so we kept it... sort of.
School song:
Meh, I never learned it... but it was a typical school song. Nothing exciting.
